The effect of developing sensory receptors on the performance level of motor sentence on still rings among students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Palestine Technical University
Abstract
The study aimed to know the effect of developing sensory receptors (visual - physical) on the performance level of motor sentence on still rings among students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Palestine Technical University. To achieve this, the study was conducted on purposive sample of ( 40 ) students from gymnastics course in physical education department. The researchers used the experimental method, According to the experimental design and the study variables, the researchers used statistical tests: mean standard deviation, skewedness and T test. The results showed, after applying the training program to the members of the experimental group and the regular program to the members of the control group, that the proposed training program for sensory receptors, which the experimental group was exposed to, has a positive and effective effect in developing static and dynamic balance and related to the level of skill performance of the motor sentence on motor sentence on still rings. The researchers recommend the need to increase attention to the development of sensory receptors, which appear clearly in balance, which plays an important role in improving the level of skill performance in gymnastics, and they also recommend the need to conduct similar studies to identify the effect of sensory receptors on gender and different ages.
