The use of Artificial Intelligence in Knowledge Management and its Impact on Competitive Advantage

Abstract


This study aimed to explore the role of artificial intelligence in knowledge management and its impact on achieving competitive advantage for organizations. The study included an analysis of how to obtain artificial intelligence technologies to improve the collection, storage, retrieval and analysis of knowledge, in addition to enhancing strategic decision-making. It also focused on the impact of these applications on the overall performance of organizations and their ability to adapt to market changes and meet customer needs in innovative ways. The study relied on a review of previous literature and an analysis of data related to artificial intelligence applications in knowledge management, where it was concluded that the use of artificial intelligence in knowledge management contributes effectively to achieving competitive advantage for organizations.
