Best Practices In Digital Projects Management
Abstract
This study aimed to uncover the best practices in digital project management. Employing an analytical documentary approach, it reviewed various research studies addressing project management practices in general and specifically in digital projects. The SWOT analysis tool was applied, yielding crucial findings. The scarcity of studies addressing digital project management practices distinctly and universally was highlighted. The study revealed fundamental practices common to all digital projects, such as clear goal definition, use of digital project management tools to organize tasks and monitor progress, effective team communication, continuous analysis and evaluation to monitor project performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses, taking necessary actions, managing potential risks with developed strategies, continuous improvement, and updating plans based on evolving needs. The study concluded that these key practices significantly aid in organizing work and efficiently achieving project goals within an advanced digital environment.
