The development of technology has led to the spread of remote work by enabling employees to complete their tasks from their homes. With the spread of the Corona epidemic, most companies were forced to use remote work, in whole or in part, to complete their business and maintain the continuity of their work. As it can facilitate the employee to reach the balance between work and life, increase his productivity, adapt to it easily, and reduce work problems. The study also concluded that remote work may become necessary while facing some circumstances, so institutions must prepare for it by raising the awareness of their employees and training them adequately. While the results of the analytical shows the importance of paying attention to the research methodology, as the use of statistical tools can strengthen and support the research. The small sample size and its bias are considered as weakness for research. By expanding the boundaries and scope of the research, it is possible to obtain opportunities to strengthen the research, while its main risks lie in the difficulty of repeating the study due to the lack of proven reliability.
