Activating the role of knowledge management practices in supporting student activities at King Abdul-Aziz University

Abstract


The main objective of the study is to identify the activation of the role of knowledge management practices in supporting student activities at King Abdulaziz University. The study also seeks to identify the role of knowledge management practices in supporting student activities at King Abdulaziz University, and to know how to activate the role of knowledge management practices in supporting student activities in King Abdulaziz University and coming up with a proposed model to activate the role of knowledge management practices in supporting student activities at King Abdulaziz University. The study used the descriptive approach through content analysis to review the published literature, and the case study approach was used to study the reality of student activities at the Deanship of Student Affairs at King Abdulaziz University, and the Delphi approach was employed to come up with a proposed model. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: a high degree of agreement by the sample members on diagnosing knowledge through the availability of informative methods of knowledge developments that can be obtained through student activities, and a large degree of agreement among the sample members on generating knowledge through the adherence of the representative of student activities to the instructions of the university to obtain on knowledge.
