Insertion of Civil and Political Human Rights in Communications Laws: International Principles

Abstract


Communications activities represent a vital and imperative human necessity as well as a basic human right. The right to communication should be measured in the configuration of the freedom of expression and the democracy. The recognition of human rights values, based on the moralities of freedom, equality, harmony, comprehensiveness, diversity, internationality and participation, is straight connected to the potentials of communication as a right. What principles should be involved in the legislations to recognize the human rights? This research aims to answer this question.
