The impact of the application of the electronic management system on the performance of employees in King Fahd Medical City in Riyadh: Applied Study

Abstract


The study aimed to identify the impact of the application of the electronic management system on the performance of employees in King Fahd City in Riyadh. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey method. In this study, the researcher targeted the employees working in King Fahd Medical City, using the questionnaire and distributing it electronically, and he responded to it (150). The study reached many results, the most important of which are: that the employees of King Fahd City strongly agree that the city has electronic systems programs in the Medical City with the aim of saving and retrieval of data with an arithmetic mean (4.740) and a standard deviation of (0.469), The results also indicated that the electronic management systems used in the medical city contribute to the speed of work completion with an arithmetic mean (4.413) and a standard deviation of (0.667), and that electronic management systems contribute to facilitating the process of control and follow-up with an arithmetic mean (4.393) and a standard deviation (0.664), Among the results, there is also an impact of electronic systems on the performance of employees, where the value of (T) = 15,887, which is a statistical function, and one of the results of the application of electronic management systems on the development of employees in in King Fahd Medical City. Paper transactions were dispensed with, and the focus became on the electronic system with an arithmetic mean (4,620) and a standard deviation (0.526), ​​and electronic management systems contributed to making contact between the administrative departments with an arithmetic mean (4,440) and a standard deviation (0.629), and the impact of electronic systems on the development of The employees were statistically significant, where the value of P was (0.602), which is a function, and in the impact of the effectiveness of electronic management systems in King Fahd Medical City, and on the effectiveness of electronic management systems in King Fahd Medical City in Riyadh. One of the most important results of it was entering the electronic management systems in an easy and smooth way with an arithmetic average) 4.593) and a standard deviation (0.544), and there was an effectiveness of the electronic systems used, through the presence of statistical significance at the level (0.000), and the results showed that the electronic management system has the most impact on the performance of employees, the electronic transactions system and then the performance management system (PMS) and finally recommended Studying the need to adopt the use of electronic systems in medical institutions, and to abandon paper systems and replace them with an electronic system.
