THE IMPACT OF RISK MANAGEMENT ON PROJECT SUCCESS EMPIRICAL STUDY AT MAKKAH MUNICIPALITY

Abstract

The Risk Management Plan is one of the ten Knowledge Areas of Project Management Institute ( PMI ) . In this research we study the influence of Knowledge processes on risk management in Government projects.Descriptive survey methodology was used to investigate the influence of risk management plan on successfulness of project management, the study was applied on 100 engineers and employees supervising the project at Makkah Municipality .Finding : One of the most important factors cause protects delay is a lack of risk management plan.
