On soft Heine-Borel theorem

Abstract

In this paper we define soft member , soft bounded set in soft real line , soft usual topology , finite soft set , soft cofinite topology , introduce soft Heine-Borel theorem and converse of soft Heine-Borel theorem . And study the conditions that make the soft set be a soft compact set explained with examples.
