Author Guidelines

Authors, submitting their manuscript in American Academic & Scholarly Research Journal, should first make sure that their manuscript contains original content which has not been published anywhere. Please prepare your manuscript on the journal's recommended template and follow all the instructions during submission.

We strive for a quick review. During the review process, please be patient. We will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Please read all the instructions, including journal's reviewing and publishing policy prior to submitting the manuscript. 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

2. All manuscripts should be prepared in MS-Word format and submitted through email at editor@aasrc.org

   The paper should be maximum 5 – 7 pages long including pictures and tables. Extra pages pay additional fees.

    

3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

Copyright Notice

Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, academic conference or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the Publisher. The Editors reserve the right to edit or otherwise alter all contributions, but authors will receive proofs for approval before publication. 

Copyrights for articles published in AASRJ journal are retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal. The journal/publisher is not responsible for subsequent uses of the work. It is the author's responsibility to bring an infringement action if so desired by the author.
