Various stakeholders in the sector such as healthcare providers and life sciences companies have already deployed the AI technology in healthcare. Some of the main uses entail diagnosis and providing treatment suggestion, administrative and management, patient engagement in care provision and adherence to the treatment plans. Employment of artificial intelligence in healthcare has greatly improved the quality of patient care, reduced medical costs, increased efficiency and has improved healthcare records management.
