Knowledge management strategy in the general administration of projects in King Abdulaziz University

Abstract

The study presents a proposed knowledge management strategy for the generalmanagement of projects at King Abdulaziz University through analyzing the internal andexternal work environment, defining management objectives and identifying the proceduresthat will help achieve these objectives. The study relied mainly on the use of the quadraticanalysis method (SOWT) Selection of experts from the general administration of projectsand monitoring their views through a questionnaire to identify the main objectives andprocedures that assist in proposing a strategy for knowledge management. The studyshowed a number of conclusions and recommendations, The study recommended theestablishment of a center of thought that contributes to the achievement of the objectivesand aspirations of management. The study adopted some initiatives within the proposedstrategy for knowledge management, which calls for benefiting from them and applyingthem during the two years Arrivals.
