Selecting an Effective Knowledge Management System to Drive the Performance and Productivity of Jordanian Universities

Abstract

This research aims to study the level of need for selecting an effective knowledge management system with respect to Jordanian universities in addition to develop a conceptual framework to select an effective knowledge management system to drive the performance and productivity with respect to Jordanian universities.as well as tis study try to provide various strategies to be adopted for selecting an effective knowledge management system in order to drive the performance and productivity with specific reference to Jordanian universities. The main result of this research is there is significant impact for all independent variables on dependent variable.
