Peer Reviewed

Peer Review Process

employs the double-blind peer review process, where both reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the review process. Every submitted paper is first reviewed by the editor(s) for an initial scrutiny. During the initial scrutiny, the paper is also checked for plagiarism. In case the paper contains significant amount of plagiarism, it is immediately rejected. If the paper complies with the journal’s scope, policy, similarity-index limit, and the minimum quality level, it is sent to the peer-review. All the steps from the submission to the final decision are carried out via the Open Journal System (OJS) integrated with the journal’s website.

The reviewers’ comments are communicated to the author(s) for further revision/modification suggested by the reviewers. The revised version from the authors is sent to another round of review in case of major revision.

The final decision of the reviewers is communicated to the author via an acceptance / rejection email. In case of acceptance, the author is asked to submit the final proof-read version along with a copyright form and the publication fee.

The paper is finally sent to the production after a thorough review from the editors.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

Instructions for Authors

By submitting their work authors explicitly imply that their paper has not been published previously (unless it has been published as a part of a conference proceedings) and that it is not under review for publication in another journal and that the paper’s publication is approved by all the authors of the paper.

Copyrights of published papers belongs to the authors with first publication rights granted to the journal. The journal and the publisher is not responsible for subsequent uses of the work. Authors authorize AASRC to archive the article into databases and indexes and permit the publisher to apply DOI name to the article.

Submitting authors acknowledge that they are aware of the AASRC policy on plagiarism and copyright when submitting the article for review and publication. AASRC is not responsibl for plagiarism detection or check. The author is fully responsible for any plagiarism that may appear in his article and they hold AASRC un-responsible for any plagiarism activities.
