Copyright and Indexing
By submitting their work authors explicitly imply that their paper has not been published previously and that it is not under review for publication in another journal and that the paper’s publication is approved by all the authors of the paper.
AASRC and its AASRJ Editors are not held responsible for any published manuscript that violates any copyright laws. The legal burden falls on the Author/s of the manuscript and Author/s bears the responsibility of any legal action that might be taken such as libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism.
Author/s agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless American Academic & Scholarly Research Center (AASRC), its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of copyright laws or plagiarism detected in published articles (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by the Author/s.
Copyrights of published papers belongs to the authors with first publication rights granted to the journal. The journal and the publisher is not responsible for subsequent uses of the work. Authors authorize AASRC to archive the article into databases and indexes (such as Ulrich, DOAJ, Goolge Scholar), and permit the publisher to apply DOI name and QR Code to the article.

Submission and Publication Process / Fess
1- Author submit paper online or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
2- Paper shall be peer-reviewed by two external reviewers
3- Review results are sent by Email to Author
4- Author make requested amendments to the paper and resubmit the paper
5- Journal Publication fess: USD $150 Publication Fees
6- Authors from countries listed on UN list of 50 least developed countries publish articles at reduced fees (see list below) : USD $75 publication fees
7- PhD and Master students pay USD $50 publication fees
8- Journal is also available online free for view and download by authors
9- Paper Purchase fees (Single Paper) USD $35
